Shipping
Fibretag ships to all European Union countries, additional EEA countries outside the EU, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Shipping within the EU carries a fixed shipping cost of €8 applies. For EEA countries outside the EU and the United Kingdom, shipping is a fixed €12. For the United States and Canada, shipping is a fixed €25.
Please note: any shipment outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. Fibretag is not responsible for, and cannot predict or refund, any such fees.
Returns
Returns are accepted for EU purchases within 30 days. Return postage and any cost of returning an item is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to offer prepaid return labels or refund return shipping costs.
