Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how Fibretag orders are delivered, and how returns are handled.
Shipping
Fibretag is based in Poland, and we ship to all European Union countries, additional EEA countries outside the EU, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Shipping to Poland is free. For all other EU countries a fixed shipping cost of €8 applies. For EEA countries outside the EU and the United Kingdom, shipping is a fixed €12. For the United States and Canada, shipping is a fixed €25.
Please note: any shipment outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer — Fibretag is not responsible for, and cannot predict or refund, any such fees.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for standard, stock Fibretag items that arrive damaged or do not work. If this happens, please get in touch with us so we can arrange a resolution.
Return postage is not free — any cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to offer prepaid return labels or refund return shipping costs.
Custom branded tags are made to order and are not returnable, except where a manufacturing fault means the item is damaged or does not work.
